How do I access my digital Permit Book?
In the app, go to your Profile page > Permit Book.
How do I update my documents for myself or my drivers?
All Virtual Carrier fleets should automatically see their documents added to their digital Permit Book. Two weeks before your document is expiring you'll see a red alert pop up on the document folder in your Permit Book. That's when you or your fleet admin will be able to update the document directly in the CT app. If a document needs to updated before it's possible to in the app, please email safety@cloudtrucks.com
What if I still want the paperwork?
You can download any of these documents and save on your phone or print a paper version. The download icon is at the top right corner of your Driver Info, Equipment Info, and CT Documents pages.
Will CT contracts and lease agreements be linked in the app?
We will make this available in the future!
Are Passenger Policies going to be linked in the app?
No, a driver’s passenger policy which allows them to lawfully carry a passenger inside of their truck will not be in the app. We will assess this feedback and work on this in the future.
What’s coming next?
- All admins will be able to see their trailer use and CT agreements
- All admins will be able to update documents in the CT app at any time
- All drivers will be able to see their passenger policy (if they have one)
