How to link and replace additional bank account to CloudTrucks

CloudTrucks makes it easy to change the bank account your payment profile is connected to so you can use the bank account of your preference. Follow step-by-step guide or watch the video below. 

How to link additional bank accounts from the CT mobile app

1. Tap the circle icon with your initials on it on the top left of the CT mobile app home page

2. On the next screen, click edit bank account and then 'change' and 'Link a new bank account'.

3. Follow the steps to link through Plaid. They'll ask you to verify the account with a few micro deposits over the next day or two and you'll be good to go. 

How to replace your bank account in the CT mobile app

You can link more than one account with us through Plaid. If you've linked more than one bank account with us, each account will show up on 'Link your bank account' page (see screenshot above) in a list.

You can click on the account you'd like associated with your payment profile and 'Confirm' at the bottom of the screen to update your CT payment profile.
