Since your take home pay is deposited to your CT Cash account we ask that you link your own bank account to CT Cash so you can transfer those funds over whenever you like.
We offer two different ways for you to link your bank account:
Link via bank account credentials (recommended)
- Go to your Payment Profile Setup --> Bank Account on your online onboarding task list
- Choose from a list of eligible bank partners to automatically connect your account.
- Enter your bank login credentials. This is done via our partner, Plaid, which handles all credentials securely and safely.
- Once credentials are entered, your bank will either be immediately linked (in most cases), or it take 1 - 2 business days to link. If your bank takes 1 - 2 business days, you will see your account as “Verification in Status” on the onboarding page.
Link with account numbers
- Go to your Payment Profile Setup --> Bank Account on your online onboarding task list
- Scroll down on the bank account list and click "link with account numbers"
- Enter your bank account and routing number
- Plaid will deposit and withdraw small amounts of money into your account
- Once you see these deposits on your bank statement, come back to the CT app to enter the amounts deposited to verify your account
This method is only recommended if your bank cannot be found in the list and is not eligible for automatic connection via bank account credentials.

Why do bank accounts need to be verified?
Sometimes when adding a bank account, you can make a mistake when entering your accounting and routing number. By automatically verifying your bank account, CloudTrucks is making sure that any payouts to your bank go to the correct account without any issues.
I can’t find my bank account on the list for linking. What should I do?
Use the 'link with account numbers' method by scrolling all the way down the bank list and click 'link with account numbers'
Can I replace an account if I made a mistake?
Yes, you can replace a bank account. Please watch this video to learn how.
I see 'Depositing in progress' next to the bank account I entered. What does that mean?
This message is displayed when you use the 'link with account numbers' method. Here is what to do:
- Check your bank account statement one day later, and look for 2 deposits in amounts $0.99 or less.
- After seeing these two deposits, come back to the Link bank account screen in your CloudTrucks account.
- Click on ENTER DEPOSITS, and enter those 2 deposit amounts. The entered amounts must match what you see on your bank account statement. After successful entry, bank account should be linked.
