Congratulations on expanding your fleet! Adding another driver or admin is easy. Watch this 2-min demo video or follow the step by step instructions below to learn how it's done. Please also notify your Business Consultant that you've added a new driver to speed up the process of getting them onboarded.
Step by step:
- Tap the profile icon (circle with your initials) on the top left of the CT home page
- Click Fleet Profile and tap the "+ Add" button next to fleet members
- Choose the type of fleet member you're adding - a driver or an admin
- Answer a few more questions, tap submit
- Tell your driver to check their email and start their CloudTrucks application AND notify your CloudTrucks Business Consultant to let them know you've added a member to your fleet
The process is most efficient when you actively participate and engage in guiding your additional driver through the application process, ensuring that every step is completed successfully!
