If you are leasing a trailer through CloudTrucks, please reach out to the Trailer Ops team ASAP and they will help you pause your trailer payments:

For other deductions you may have through CloudTrucks, such as for plates or insurance, you’ll still be responsible for those costs, as we cover the expense of these services and programs upfront regardless. Even so, if you have concerns, don’t hesitate to request an appointment to discuss your situation with one of our Business Consultants, as there may be adjustments we can make to support you through the down time, or at least help you prepare.
If you expect to be away for at least 30 days or more, please reach out to a Business Consultant on the CT Customer Success team to discuss extended leave options, which may include account suspension or offboarding with a plan to re-onboard. Please note that account suspension is only available for leaves between 30-90 days.
