With FuelApp, you can find discounts up to $1/gallon at the nation’s largest truck stop networks — then pay at the pump and get back on the road. Download FuelApp in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. 

 

How it works

1. Find fuel discounts: Open up FuelApp to see discounted pricing at stations near you.
2. Get a payment code: Head over to the station, then tap ‘Get fuel code’ in FuelApp. Your code will be valid for 30 minutes. 
3. Punch in your code at the pump: Instead of swiping a credit card, use your fuel code to pay securely at the pump. No need to go inside the station, so you can fuel up fast and get back on the road. 

 

Understanding payment holds 

When you request a fuel code, a hold is placed on your payment method. This represents the maximum amount you can use your fuel code to pump. 

By default, this is set to $350, but you can update it to any amount between $50-800 before requesting a fuel code. Select a fuel stop location, then tap 'Fuel amount $350 >' below the 'Get fuel code' button, enter the amount you want to authorize, and tap 'Confirm.'

 

After you finish fueling, the hold will be updated to the amount you actually pumped. 

If you cancel the fuel code or let it expire, the hold will come off your payment method within a few hours. 

 

FAQs

• How do I pay for fuel on FuelApp? Upload any debit card, credit card, or fuel card as your payment method. When you pay with a fuel code, we’ll charge the amount you pump to the card on file. 
  • CloudTrucks drivers: We strongly recommend using your CT Fuel card as your payment method for FuelApp. Learn more about CT Fuel here. 
• Are there any fees to use FuelApp? Nope! FuelApp is free to download, and there are no membership fees or credit card processing fees. 
• Can I prepay when using a fuel code? No. Fuel codes are not used for prepay. The fuel code acts as the payment authorization. You go to the pump, enter the code, and fuel. You are charged to the card you have added in the FuelApp after fueling, for the exact amount used.
