Who is eligible for these benefits?
CloudCare perks are available to CloudTrucks Virtual Carrier drivers after they complete their first drive and as long as they remain an active Virtual Carrier driver.
Who is it through?
This is a partnership between CloudTrucks and Avibra.
Do I need to register with Avibra to use this perk?
Yes, you will need to register on the Avibra app to activate the offerings. After your activation, you will need to renew your free perks on a monthly basis inside the Avibra app to confirm that you are still active. You will be asked to go onto the app and choose to either help plant a tree or help a family in need –there’s no cost involved with this. You can also use the Avibra app to increase your coverage if you wish.
Great! How do I activate my CloudCare Coverage?
Claim your CloudCare benefits by following the steps below:
- You'll receive an email from us on signing up for benefits. Use the button in that email to go to the sign-up page.
- Claim your free coverage by following the steps on the sign-up page.
- Download the Avibra app.
- On a monthly basis, access the Avibra app to confirm your eligibility and opt-in to continue your coverage
- Earn additional coverage by reading, watching, and listening to well-being content in the Avibra app. Check back every Wednesday for all new content!
- Visit the Avibra Dollar Benefits store to purchase additional coverage such as Dental, Accident Medical, and Roadside Assistance for the low rate of $1 per week per benefit.

Through the Avibra app, CloudTrucks Virtual Carrier drivers can increase their free coverage by watching videos, taking quizzes, and reading short articles.
What is the Dollar Benefits Store?
In addition to the no-cost insurance, you can choose to shop in Avibra’s Dollar Benefits Store for other benefits, like Critical Illness, Identity Theft Protection, and Risk Advisor, all for $1/week per benefit. An Avibra Essentials membership ($12/year) is required to make purchases in the Dollar Benefits Store.
- These benefits are separate from the policy available to you through your free perks, and are totally optional to purchase.
- You can keep these Dollar Benefits as long as your Avibra account is active, and as long as you continue paying for them.
If something happens to me, what claim/redemption support will be available to family members?
You can select a beneficiary as soon as you activate this benefit and download the Avibra app. We encourage you to complete the beneficiary selection process as soon as possible, and to share any and all relevant documentation with your beneficiaries so they are aware of the claims process. Insurance policy documents can be accessed through the Avibra app in the ‘Documents’ tab.
What if I already have another form of life/AD&D insurance?
Not to worry, you can have multiple life and AD&D insurance policies at once.
I need customer support, who do I ask?
For help using the Avibra app and navigating your coverage, email Avibra directly at hello@avibra.com.
For help with your insurance policy, please contact the provider directly. You can find out who your provider is by opening the Avibra app, going into your account and selecting ‘Documents’. It might also be useful to email these documents to yourself.
It’s important that you share your insurance documents and policy information with your beneficiaries as well so that they will have the information ready if they need to contact the provider.
Do I need to be on the job to utilize these policies?
No. You do not need to have been on the job to use these CloudCare perks. If you are on your off time or on vacation, you still have access to these perks.
