At CloudTrucks, we know that managing your loads efficiently can make a huge difference in your earnings and workload. That’s why we offer CT Dispatch, a service designed to help you find higher-paying loads, streamline your schedule, and keep your truck moving—without the hassle of booking loads yourself.

- Virtual Carrier Drivers – If you’ve independently leased your truck or trucks onto our Virtual Carrier, you can choose to add CT Dispatch for expert load booking support.

FAQ
How long does it take to get assigned a dispatcher? – 1 week to 2 months, based on availability.
Can I book my own loads? – While occasional self-dispatching is allowed, it’s not recommended, as it can cause confusion. Instead, we encourage collaborating with your dispatcher, providing feedback, and sharing the link to loads of interest for them to negotiate on your behalf.
What if I only want dispatch help occasionally? – The dispatch fee applies whether you use the service for all or just some of your loads.
Can I cancel anytime? – Yes, just provide a 2-week notice before exiting the program.
Will I need a trailer for this program? - Yes, a dry van trailer is required. If you don’t have one, our trailer team can locate the nearest yard for pickup.
Do I still need to contact the general support team for operational issues? - Yes. Your dispatcher focuses only on finding, negotiating, and booking loads to maximize your revenue. They do not handle operational tasks like appointment changes or accessorial payments.
