What are "Instant Book" Loads?

Instant book is a great option you can use to book loads without ever having to contact a broker. As long as you're okay with the listed route and price, you can book it and it'll be automatically added to your jobs list. 

How to find instant books

You can find instant book loads on the CT load board. They will have a green 'Instant Book' label under neath the load source name. 

You can also filter by the 'Instant Book' booking type under your search filters to only see instant book loads in your search results. 

How to book an Instant Book load

To book an Instant Book load, click into the load details and tap on the blue 'Instant Book' button at the bottom. Confirm that you are happy to book the load at the listed price by clicking 'Confirm to Book' on the next screen and the load will be booked and added to your jobs list. 

The CloudTrucks Operations Team may take some time to move the load from “Rate Confirmation Pending” to “Confirmed,” but rest assured the load is committed to you and will appear on your load board as 'Booking Confirmed' shortly.
