Sharing Load Links with CT Ops Support Team

When reaching out to Ops for help booking a load or for a question about a specific load, it's best if your provide them the link to that load (as opposed to a screenshot or something else), so they can get all the details internally and help you ASAP. This ensures that CloudTrucks Ops will be able to identify the correct load efficiently to assist you. 

 

To share a link to a load: 

1. Click into the load you want to share or need help on and tap the button highlighted in the image below on the top right hand corner

2. Send CloudTrucks the link using the method of your choice - copy and pasting the link in a text message is our recommendation for the fastest way

3. Once CloudTrucks receives the link, our Operations team will be able to help you
