How do I view my CT Cash account balance?
Tap the "$" icon to go to your CT Cash page and you'll see your CT Cash account balance just above the 'See activity' button.
Is there a fee for using CT Cash?
The CT Cash card is free to use. We do not have any registration or termination fees, unless we need to perform an account buyout from your prior factor.
How quickly can I get paid?
After your Rate Con and POD is submitted to CloudTrucks, we pay you immediately after processing the documents.
Can I pay at the pump with my CT Cash card?
It is recommended to pay inside as many automated fuel machines put a hold on the card in addition to the charged amount. Sometimes that hold amount will prevent the driver from fueling up and it will take at least 24 hours to reverse. Going inside to the cashier can help bypass the auto-hold, allowing the driver to put a specific amount (no chance of over-drafting).
What is the difference between recourse and non-recourse factoring?
In recourse factoring, factoring companies reserve the right to charge you for overdue invoices that the broker refuses to pay. At CloudTrucks we use a non-recourse model and take on the risk of aging invoice
Is there a cutoff time for submitting documents?
No, we have a team working 24/7 to process payments.
Is there a minimum or maximum factoring amount?
No, we do not have a minimum or a maximum required amount to factor.
