Shipper load bundles create a multi-stop load out of a combination of shipper and spot loads to make it easier than ever for you to haul exclusive freight from our shipper partners. 

What are shipper load bundles and how do they work? 

Shipper load bundles are multi-stop loads that start with a spot load, which drops off near pick up for a shipper load from one of our exclusive shipper partners. This makes it easier than ever for you to access and haul contract freight with CloudTrucks. 

How will I know that a load is a shipper load bundle? 

Look out for a gray tag at the top of the load tile card that says 'bundled load' - that's how you know it'll be a spot load bundled with a shipper load. 

Also, when you check the load details, you'll see more information that will confirm the same.

What will a shipper load bundle look like in-app once I book the bundle?

Once your shipper load bundle is booked, both loads will show up on your jobs list as two separate loads even though when you booked it was a single, multi-stop load. This makes it easy for you to change things or cancel one of the legs of the trip if your plans change. 

What is the benefit of booking a shipper load bundle?

By inputting your initial load details, such as origin and destination, CloudTrucks analyzes all of 300,000 daily loads to suggest how many loads you should take along your along your route to maximize your rate per mile. These suggestions aim to minimize deadhead miles and make efficient use of your hours of service, offering you routes with higher average rates per loaded mile.

How accurate are the suggested rates and revenues?

The suggested rates and revenues are based on real-time book it now loads. CloudTrucks strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, so you can expect to make exactly the listed price.

How does CloudTrucks ensure the quality of suggested loads?

CloudTrucks partners with reputable shippers and brokers to ensure that all suggested loads meet high-quality standards. The platform also considers user feedback and historical performance data to continuously improve the quality of load suggestions.

How to remove shipper bundle loads from your search results?

If you want to remove all shipper bundle loads from your search results, please go to your load search filters and uncheck all shippers. Once you do that, you'll only see spot loads on your search results. Please note, if you do this you will not see any shipper loads in your search results.
