Why am I not seeing any loads on my load board?
-
Check your filters
-
Make sure location, trailer type, and other filters (e.g., delivery state, zone) aren’t too restrictive.
-
Try resetting your filters to see more results (tap the "reset filters" on the bottom on the filter page to clear them all).
-
-
Update your app
- Exit out of the app and try reopening.
-
Make sure you’re running the latest version of the CloudTrucks app to ensure loadboard data refreshes properly.
-
Check internet connection
-
A weak or unstable connection can cause loads to fail to load.
-
-
Broker or market conditions
-
Sometimes, certain areas have fewer available loads due to market demand. Expanding your search radius or looking at nearby pickup areas or drop-off destinations can help.
