If you are running a Walmart contract load or dedicated lane for CloudTrucks, please make sure that you upload a Trailer Control Record (TCR) along with your BOL to the CT app when the delivery is completed.
Below are two examples of what two different Trailer Control Records look like:
Why do I need to upload a TCR?
Walmart requires a TCR attached to the load to release payment and approve any unloading detention. Once the TCR and complete BOL is received and reviewed by the CloudTrucks team, we can issue payment on the load.
Where can I get a TCR?
The TCR will be provided to you at the receiver when you're being unloaded, either at the Walmart or Sam's Club distribution center. If you don't get a TCR while you are being unloaded at the receiver, please ask someone to provide you with one.
When should I upload a TCR?
Upload your TCR once delivery has been completed and all the required time stamps are printed on the TCR.
The required time stamps are documented under 'Arrival D/T' and 'Paperwork Available at Window' as shown in the example above.
Where do I go to upload my TCR?
Follow these steps to upload your TCR to your Walmart load:
- Click the Truck Icon at the bottom of your CT mobile app to go to your jobs list.
- Choose the Walmart load you want to upload a TCR for and click on it.
- Scroll to the bottom of the load details page and click on the blue and white '+ Add' button
- Choose 'Other' under 'Document Type', label the document as Walmart TCR, scan the TCR and upload it to the job.
Who can I reach out to if I have a question?
Please call the Shipper Operations team if you have any questions or you're running into any issues at 415-818-0704.
