What is support hub and what can I use it for?
The in-app chat in the CloudTrucks app is your dedicated support hub. In the past, you might have called, texted and or emailed with our operations team for support and now, you can connect with us directly in-app for more timely and streamlined communication.
Please note: do not use the in-app chat if you have a safety related emergency. For emergencies, please contact the safety team at 628-270-1844.
Where can I access support hub?
To access support hub, click the chat icon on the top right of your screen in-app.
What can I send in my chats?
At this time you can share text and images only. Video, voice recordings, live location and files such as PDFs are not currently supported.
Why can’t I send messages inside of my issue chat?
If you are unable to message inside of an issue chat, the issue may be closed. Please feel free to re-connect with our team if you experience this but still need assistance.
Who can see the messages in my chat?
Only the user who reports issues in a chat can see the communication on the issue.
How to start a conversation with CloudTrucks in-app
My issue was resolved and I no longer need help, how do I end my support session?
If your issue gets resolved on its own, you can now end your support hub session directly within the CloudTrucks app. This feature helps prevent unnecessary follow-ups from our Operations team, keeps your support history organized, and allows our team to focus on assisting drivers who still need help.
To end a session, open the support hub in the CloudTrucks app and tap into your active session. Scroll to the bottom and select “End Session,” then confirm that you no longer need help.
