We understand things happen and sometimes you need to request to cancel a load. Before you cancel a load, please review our load cancellation policies to make sure that you are cancelling in good faith: CloudTrucks cancellation policies
Once you reviewed our policies, please watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to do it in the CT app:
Step by step:
- Tap the truck icon on the bottom of your homepage to go to your Jobs page
- Tap the job you want to cancel
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Request Cancellation". Continue with your cancellation request or review our cancellation policy if you're unsure
- Once you reviewed our cancellation policy, tap "Request Cancellation" again and tap "Continue"
- Answer why you need to cancel this load
- Tap "Request Cancellation" one more time and someone from CloudTrucks will contact you soon about your request
Note: Not every load will have this option depending on the status of the load. If you need to cancel a load and you don't see the 'Cancel Booking' option, please contact Ops immediately.
