CloudTrucks Shipper Referral Program

Earn $1,000 when you refer a new shipper to CloudTrucks.

How It Works

1. Submit a referral through the CloudTrucks Shipper Referral Form.
2. The referred shipper must complete 5 loads with CT Exchange within 90 days of referral.
3. Once completed, you’ll receive a $1,000 referral bonus, paid directly to your CloudTrucks cash card.

Eligibility to Refer

To participate in the program, you must:

• Be an active CloudTrucks customer in good standing (no safety or operational violations).
• Have completed at least one load with CloudTrucks.

Who Qualifies as a Referred Shipper?

For a referral to be eligible, the referred shipper must:

• Be a new CT Exchange customer (not a re-engaged or existing shipper).
• Complete 5 loads within 90 days of referral through CT Exchange.

Referrals That Do Not Qualify

• Shippers already doing business with CloudTrucks or CT Exchange.
• Re-engaged or repeat customers.
• Referrals made by non-admin drivers or dispatchers.

Payout Details

• Payment Method: Referral bonuses are paid to the referrer via their CT Cash card.
• Referral Limits: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit, but only one $1,000 bonus per shipper will be issued.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• All referrals must be submitted through the CloudTrucks Shipper Referral Form.
• CloudTrucks reserves the right to suspend or withhold payments if referral abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Referrers must have an active CloudTrucks account at the time of payout.
• By participating, referrers agree to the program rules and understand that CloudTrucks may modify or terminate the program at any time.
