Earning a status
On the 2nd of each month, you can unlock an Elite Fleet Rewards status by staying safe, on time, and active the previous month.
Your status is private. We don’t show it to brokers or other CloudTrucks partners.
Adverse events, such as a suspension due to a safety incident, may drop your status.

For multi-driver fleets: How your status is set
If you have multiple drivers in your fleet, your entire fleet receives a single Elite Fleet status each month. We look at your fleet’s average miles and jobs per driver, and the aggregate safety record, on-time rates, and late cancellation rates across all of your fleet’s loads.
How your status can change
Your status resets every month and is based on the prior month’s activity. You could have Bronze status one month, and Platinum status the next — or vice versa.
You also need to meet all of a tier’s requirements to qualify for that status. In other words, if you have an excellent safety score, satisfactory on-time rate, and complete 14 jobs one month, but your late cancellation rate needs improvement, you would have Bronze status for that month.

You can always see your current status in the CloudTrucks app, as well as how you’re tracking for next month. Tap the crown icon in the top left corner of the CloudTrucks app to view Elite Fleet Rewards.
FAQ
When does my status update? On the 2nd of each month.
How long do I keep my status once I earn it? One month. It will reset on the 2nd of the following month based on your safety, performance, and activity that month.
How do I see my status? We’ll email you your new status each month. You can also check it any time in the CloudTrucks app, and see how you’re tracking for next month’s status.
Do brokers or shippers see my status? Nope! It’s between you and CloudTrucks.
If I have a safety incident, will I lose my status? Ensuring drivers stay safe on the road is extremely important to us. Severe safety incidents may result in your status dropping mid-month.
