Refer. Earn. Repeat.

1. Share your personalized code.
   Find your referral code by tapping the green gift icon (top right corner) on the CT app home screen.
2. Earn $1,000!
   You and your referral will each earn $1,000, paid out in two $500 increments after the referred team completes 5 loads in each of their first two 30-day periods (10 loads total).
3. Refer more.
   There is NO LIMIT to the number of people you can refer to Virtual Carrier.

How to Share Your Referral Code: 

Follow these steps or watch the video above:

1. Log into the CT app and tap on the green referral button (a credit card with a bow icon) on the top right.
2. Share your referral code! We offer a couple ways to share. You can:

   • Copy and paste your code

   • Share directly from the CT app via text, email, etc.

   • Refer from your contacts — a pre-filled text message will pop up!

Pro tip: Share this image with your referral to show them where to input your code during signup, so you both get paid.

Not Seeing a Referral Code in Your Profile?

You must meet these requirements:

• You are the Admin of your CloudTrucks account (see Eligibility below).
• You're using the latest version of the CT app.

Payout Criteria

How Do I Get Paid?

• You’ll receive an email confirmation when your referral qualifies.

• $500 will be added to your CT Cash Card within 3 business days after each qualifying 30-day period.

• Your referral must meet the following criteria:

  • First 30-day period: Referred team completes at least 5 loads

  • Second 30-day period: Referred team completes another 5 loads

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Referrers must be Admins of an active CloudTrucks Virtual Carrier account in good standing, with at least 1 completed load.

• Referred team must:

  • Be new to CloudTrucks
  • Sign a lease with CloudTrucks
  • Complete their first delivered load within 60 days of signing

• This program doesn't include referral payouts for non-admin drivers or dispatchers.
• Referral bonus will be paid out in $500 increments to both parties following the completion of 30 days (month 1) and 60 days (month 2) after the first successfully completed and delivered load.

• Referred team must complete at least 5 loads in each of their first two consecutive 30-day periods to qualify for both payouts.

• If the referrer no longer has an active CloudTrucks account, they will be ineligible to receive this referral bonus.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion is eligible for Virtual Carrier admins only.
• New account must be created (first time sign-up on CloudTrucks' platform) by referred team no earlier than July 17, 2025; accounts referred prior to July 17, 2025 will remain eligible for $750 referral bonus* (see below).
• Referrer may only receive a maximum of $1000 per team successfully referred, regardless of how many drivers are part of the referred team.
• Referrer must have an active CloudTrucks account in good standing (i.e no safety or operational issues, including but not limited to Hours-of-Service violations).
• Referred customer must enter a referral code upon account creation - no exceptions.
• Referrer’s personal code must be provided to a CloudTrucks sales rep during the signup process before the new account is approved to drive.
• Referrer can refer customers to Virtual Carrier only. 
• Referred customer must be a new customer and needs to create a new CloudTrucks account.
• Payment will not be issued for new drivers on Referrer's existing team. CloudTrucks reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether a customer is new to CloudTrucks.
• There is no limit to the number of new teams that can be referred to Virtual Carrier.
• You can only refer owner-operators, business owners and admins to CloudTrucks. We don’t support referring non-admin drivers and non-admin dispatchers right now. 
• CloudTrucks reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold payment or suspend Referrers or Referred Drivers from the referral program if CloudTrucks suspects abuse or exploitation.
• *$750 referral bonus: teams referred to CloudTrucks prior to July 17, 2025 will remain eligible for $750 dollar referral bonus.
• $750 paid out to both referred and referrer upon completion of 1st completed load by referred team.
• All other terms from $1000 referral bonus apply to $750 referral bonus.

Payout Structure

$1,000 Referral Bonus (Referrals on or after July 17, 2025)

• $500 after the referred team completes 5 loads in their first 30-day period

• $500 after the referred team completes 5 loads in their second 30-day period

$750 Legacy Bonus (Referrals before July 17, 2025)

• $375 after 5 loads in the first 30-day period

• $375 after 5 loads in the second 30-day period

• All other terms apply
