Alcohol Permits

Not all states require a liquor permit, but CloudTrucks does have fleet permits in almost all of the states that require them. Here is an external article that has a helpful guide on permit requirements by state. 

States that do require a liquor hauling permit CloudTrucks does NOT currently have a permit for:

1. Arkansas
2. New Hampshire
3. New Jersey
4. West Virginia 
5. New York
   
   

As a CloudTrucks owner-operator, you may obtain a liquor transport permit for the states above (excluding New York, permit pending) by going to the state agency, or using a third party like ComData Permit Services. Or, if the broker provides you with one, that is acceptable as well. Unfortunately CloudTrucks does not reimburse for any permits obtained.
