How to transfer funds from CT Cash balance to your bank account

You work hard for your money so we want you to access it fast. We offer two different options for you to transfer funds from your CT Cash balance to your bank account:  

1. Instant transfer: access your funds in 30 mins for a 2% fee
2. Regular transfer: access your funds in 2-3 business days with no fee

How to send a bank transfer

1. Tap on the '$' icon on the bottom of your CT app to go to your CT Cash page

2. Click the CT Cash account

3. Tap 'Transfer to Bank' and choose which transfer method you'd like to use

Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can transfer?

There is no minimum transfer amount, however you can only instant transfer $2,000 per day. 

How to set up a payment profile with Astra and add your debit card for instant transfer

If this is your first time sending an instant transfer from your CT Cash to your bank account, you will be prompted to create a payment profile through Astra, our instant bank transfer payment provider and add your debit card to facilitate the instant transfer. 

Once you add your debit card, you'll be redirected back to the mobile app where you can enter in the amount of money you'd like to instant transfer and complete the transaction. 

Is it possible to instant transfer funds to multiple debit cards? 

Yes, you can add multiple debit cards to your account.
