On-job support
If you're currently on a load or about to deliver and your truck breaks down, please request Pickup Pay in our app. Our Operational Support team will promptly provide assistance. enable you to complete the load. Please go here to learn more about this option.
Off-job support
If your truck requires costly repairs or maintenance while you're not on a load, reach out to the customer success team, specifically your business consultant. If you are not sure of your BC’s direct contact number, call the support team (operations) who can leave a message for the customer success team.
CloudTrucks understands the importance of getting you back on the road, and we will use all the tools at our disposal to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind, however, that the Customer Success team works Monday-Friday regular business hours.
When contacting the customer success team, provide essential information immediately:
- Documentation: Do you have a repair quote? If so, send it to your business consultant. If you don’t know yet, please provide a time estimate.
- Funding: How much of your own funds can you contribute to the repair cost?
For drivers in our Road to Independence (lease to own) program:
- Please notify your Route Planner of maintenance needed for appropriate scheduling.
- Maintenance funds can be accessed through your leasing partner’s maintenance account or through our CloudTrucks Maintenance Fund. See “Maintenance Fund” section below for further details.
Maintenance Fund
If you have opted into the maintenance fund, our teams can quickly transfer your maintenance reserves to your CT Cash Balance.
If you haven’t opted into the program, CloudTrucks offers an option to automatically set aside savings into a maintenance fund for your use. If interested, learn more and sign up here. If you have any questions, contact your business consultant.
If you are a Road to Independence (lease to own) driver, maintenance fund details will vary according to your lease partner. You will either have to sign up for a maintenance fund through the partner when signing up with them, or set up a CloudTrucks maintenance fund.
If you have to sign up through the leasing partner:
This fund allows for easy access when needed, a 24/7 maintenance support team, emergency roadside assistance, and discounted rates on service. The maintenance fund only supports repairs that are required to keep the truck functional (including tires). Preventative maintenance or optional repairs are not included. Any maintenance that needs to be completed on the truck will require direct communication with the leasing partner's maintenance department.
To access your maintenance funds, you should contact the leasing partner directly.
If you have to sign up for a CloudTrucks maintenance fund:
This fund will allow for easy access for repairs, scheduled or unforeseen; operating the same as a standard CT Maintenance Fund. Additionally, drivers will have access to CloudTrucks discounts with TA Petro, RoadRanger, Pilot/Flying J, Michelin, and Love’s. Maintenance funds can be accessed within 1 business day by emailing support@cloudtrucks.com at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my Escrow Funds to fund a repair?
Escrow funds cannot be used for maintenance and repairs, this is the function of the maintenance fund. CloudTrucks holds escrow funds for the duration of your partnership with us. When you leave, these funds are used to settle any remaining balance. Any surplus funds are reimbursed via a mailed check.
As a Road to Independence (lease to own) driver, how much am I able to request from my maintenance fund?
Depending on your leasing partner, the amount may vary. If you are enrolled in the CloudTrucks Maintenance Fund through the Road to Independence program, any withdrawals over $250 will require a receipt submission to an authorized CloudTrucks representative.
